*Shipping rates are $3.00 flat rate for USPS First Class Mail, $4.95 flat rate USPS Priority Mail, Overnight shipping available (prices vary, will be calculated at checkout), International shipping also available (calculated at checkout). Diamonds and Diamond Jewelry purchases pay same shipping costs as above but items will be fully insured at no extra cost.

*Racing jewelry pieces are made to order so processing can take up to 2 weeks.

*There are no refunds or exchanges for custom designed or special order items (racing jewelry pieces available on our website are not included here).

All items excluding those listed above can be returned within 15 days from date of delivery. Items must be returned in its original condition and be accompanied by the original sales receipt and all original packaging materials. Items not in original condition, showing signs of wear, that have been personalized with engraving, or items that have been serviced by a jeweler other than our own will not be accepted for return. If you are returning a certified diamond the original diamond certification / grading report must also be returned, if the original certificate is not returned there will be a $250 replacement fee for the certificate. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was utilized for original payment.

Package the item securely, packages received in poor condition or improperly packaged will not be accepted. Insure the package for the value of the item (which can be found on the sales receipt) and request a return receipt so you may have confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Items valued less than $500 can be shipped via any carrier. Items valued for more than $500 must be shipped via US Postal Service.

*We will gladly exchange items with the exception of custom designed pieces or special order items (racing jewelry pieces available on our website are not included here). Follow the return shipping guidelines as set forth above. Once the item is received and reviewed for condition we will process your new order.

*Try to make cancellations as soon as possible by calling our customer service number at (315) 342-4246 or emailing us at orders@oswegowholesale.com. If an item is shipped prior to cancellation customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item according to return shipping guidelines as set forth above. Once the item is received and reviewed for condition we will process your refund.
